Tailored and flexible therapy options

At PsycInsight we see clients in person in Christchurch but can arrange Skype sessions for people who live in other parts of New Zealand or overseas. Our preference is to combine a number of different types of therapy according to your presenting problem and/or your preferences. We work with Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and general counselling techniques.

By utilising proven psychological principles and techniques, our aim is to enable you to take control of your life and to help you understand the reasons you feel the way you do, ultimately leading to a more productive and happier day-to-day life.
